Biancogelato has born in 2013 with the purpose to serve the community with an healthier and tasty product. We added our passion and love for good things, for the respect of nature and the kindness of serving our customers.
Our story begun in Coconut Grove, Miami, where we have been received with a lot of enthusiasm and friendship from the local community.
We did our best to give back through our commitment to quality and sustainability, no GMOS and Kosher certified ingredients.
MISSION / VISION
We really believe in organic culture and planet sustainability and everything we create starts from this pure and simple concept. We tried to keep it simple and ease using only few basic ingredients and never, but really never, artificial or chemical flavors.
We believe that we are what we eat but we also try to do our part to protect modern nature from an unsustainable exploitation.
In this sense we introduced vegan milk as almond, coconut or cashew in many of our vegan options with the purpose to offer alternatives to those people who are lactose intolerance.
At the end, we think that it’s time to milk the almond!
